The User Database project is an important tool for tenants and for MM, because it allows to have a clear situation of each assignee family.

It allows tenants to keep up to date and correct their contractual situation.

Through this activity, MM checks the composition of households and the requirements needed to allow accommodation, acquires or integrates contact information to facilitate relations between the company and tenants.
