• social cohesion and urban integration: MM agrees to provide its technical-operational support to the City Council of Milan in the organisation of events focusing on cohesion and social integration.
• Redevelopment of public residential housing contexts: The company aims to identify the problems present in the various public residential housing contexts in order to activate projects and collaborations to redevelop areas of interest.
• Willingness to conduct an open and transparent dialogue with tenants: MM has an internal policy and organisation aimed at ensuring - also through dialogue with tenants - transparency and effectiveness of its activities.
