Since 1 December 2014, MM has strengthened its commitment and role in the management of services on behalf of th City Council of Milan, handling administration of the public residential housing portfolio and consequently establishing the Home Division.

Following resolution no. 9 of 29 April 2015 issued by the Municipal Board, the City Council of Milan assigned management of the public residential housing portfolio to MM for a period of 30 years, starting from 1 June 2015.
