MM has a divisional organizational model according to which the Divisions and staff functions must report directly to the General manager,  to support four Line Divisions, one for each business area, in detail:

• Water Service
• Housing
• Engineering
• Plant and Real Estate Management

The above-mentioned structures report directly to the General Management, with the exception of the Communication Department, the Internal Auditing and International Relations functions that refer to the Chairperson.
